Hibachi steak bites with fried rice

INGREDIENTSSteak sauce:1/4 cup soy sauce2 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp sugar2 cloves minced garlic1.5 tsp fresh grated ginger1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp cornstarchFried rice:3 cups cooked day old cold rice1 cup frozen peas and carrots1/2 onion chopped3 tbsp soy sauce2 tosp brown sugar1 tsp oyster sauce2 eggs lightly beaten1 green onion chopped and screwed2 tbsp oilHomemade yum yum sauce:1 cup mayo2 tbsp tomato paste1 tbsp rice vinegar1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp sugar1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp melted butter2 tosp waterDIRECTIONSMix soy sauce and cornstarch together and add remaining ingredients.Lightly season steak cut into bite sized pieces with salt and pepper. Over medium high heat add steak and cook until browned approximately 1-2 minutes on each side and remove from heat. Add in sauce and add steak back in, allowing it to coat the steak and thicken. Over medium high heat add oil to skillet or wok and add in onions, peas and carrots cooking until tender.Push ingredients to one side and add in eggs and scramble them. Push those aside also. Add in rice. Add in soy sauce.Next add in sugar and oyster sauce. Stir up all the ingredients and toss in green onions.
