Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls

 INGREDIENTS:For the Dough:2 cups Bisquick mix1/3 cup milk1 tablespoon granulated sugarFor the Filling:1/3 cup packed brown sugar1 tablespoon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons butter, softenedFor the Glaze:1 cup powdered sugar1-2 tablespoons milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractDIRECTIONS:Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, and granulated sugar to form a soft dough.Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently a few times. Roll it out into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough rectangle.In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling. Sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough.Starting from one long side, roll up the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.Cut the dough log into 1-inch thick slices using a sharp knife or dental floss.Place the cinnamon roll slices into the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between each.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before drizzling the glaze over the top.
